In order to raise strong, healthy children we must feed our children healthy
food.  Your child will never eat junk food at my house.  There will be no candy,
no potato chips, no soda, no French fries.  I do not see a need for these kinds
of foods in a child care facility.  Every day your child will be offered at least
three servings of fruits and vegetables.

Fruit depends on the season, but will be a variety of the following: bananas, grapes, pineapple, apples, pears, berries, peaches, etc.
Vegetables will consist of: green beans, broccoli, zucchini, cucumbers, corn, potatoes, carrots, peas, celery, salad, etc.
All bread is made with 100% whole grains.
Children are never forced to eat.  All scheduled meals will be offered.  If they refuse to eat, they will not eat again until the next meal.  If there is a
specific food that your child does not like, I will do my best to substitute that with something else.  Of course, if your child is allergic to anything, I will
never serve it.
*Water is available to all children (age appropriate) at all times.
Babies are served a
separate, but just as
healthy meal
